SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Ordering your product is just the beginning. The real fun
starts when your package arrives. To add to the thrill of it all, we thought
it’d be fun to ship your stuff for free. We figure you deserve it.
Standard
Shipping
This means we manufacture and ship your product(s) within 10
days from the day we receive your photograph. If you’re uploading your photo,
count ten days, and then your package will be in the mail. If you’re mailing
it, don’t forget to count a few extra days for your mail to get to us.
Depending on where you live, and where the package is coming from, it can take
anywhere from 3 to 6 working days for your products to find their way to your
door after we ship them. We do all this for free. ‘Cuz
we like you.
Express
Label Blue Shipping
Not free. Sorry. We take special care to manufacture your
product and get it delivered to you within 10 days from the day we receive your
photograph. If you’re counting days again, count 10 days from the day you give
us your photo. You should see a box on your doorstep with your product(s)
inside. This usually means our using an overnight shipment carrier like FedEx.
In addition to the standard shipping costs [which we waive for Standard
Shipping], we apply a surcharge to cover the expense of the overnight carrier.
Express
Label Red Shipping
Also not free. This is hyper-fast. If you forgot your
sister’s birthday, and you need it right away – you want red label
shipping. This means count 5 days from the day we get our photo, and you’ll
have your custom-made photo personalized, one-of-a-kind product at your door.
When you pay for red label service, it means your order jumps to the front of
the line, and everyone else waits while your stuff is manufactured and shipped.
It involves a surcharge for the overnight carrier, and the drama of
reorganizing our manufacturing schedules.
Returns
We’re pretty sure you’re going to love your product, but
sometimes things just don’t work like you would have imagined. In those rare
instances, we’ll gladly take your product back, and refund your money. When might
this 100% money back guarantee not apply? If we receive a photograph that we
don’t believe will reproduce well on your product selection, we’ll contact you
before we make it. If you tell us to go ahead and make it, we’re sorry that we
cannot honor the money back guarantee. The good news is, we’ll go out of our
way to make sure you’re happy, and love your stuff.
